[Reminder] Circular #6 Adopting The Terms And Conditions Of Training Medical Colleges And Allied Health Non-Local Graduates In Health Facilities

To: All Health Facilities Licensed by Dubai Health Authority

In accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and Prevention and interest to maintain community and public health safety, and in reference to the Ministerial Decree No. (488) of 2018 concerning Adopting the terms and conditions of training medical colleges and allied health non-Local graduates in health facilities, and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest, please comply with the Terms and Conditions referred to above, which include:

1.      Terms and Conditions for the health facility

2.      Terms and Conditions of the trainers

3.      Terms and Conditions of the training program

4.      Terms and Conditions for training methods

5. Terms and Conditions for the trainee

To avoid any violations or penalties all healthfacilities must adhere to this Circular in accordance with the instructions setout within.
